Connections needs volunteers to host toiletries drives; item drives for Veterans; baby and toddler item drives; art supplies and games item drives; clothing drives; and food drives. If your church, school or business, or you as an individual, would like to host a donation drive, please contact Michelle Quaranta at 302-547-9436 or volunteer@connectionscsp.org. If you have a donation of furniture or other larger items please send an email to donationanddistributionhelp@connectionscsp.org.

Toiletries Drive

If you would like to host a toiletries drive, the individuals we serve need the following NEW items:

  • Diapers (newborn through size 5)
  • Baby Wipes

Item Drive for Veterans

If you would like to host an item drive to support Veterans being served by Connections, the individuals we serve are in need of the following NEW or GENTLY USED items:

  • Bed sheets (twin, full, and queen size)
  • Blankets (twin, full, and queen size)

If you would like to host an item drive to support our housing programs serving families with babies and children, the families we serve need the following NEW or GENTLY USED baby and toddler items:

If you would like to host an art supplies and games item drive to support consumers in our housing programs and intensive outpatient programs, we are in need of the following NEW or GENTLY USED items, which get depleted very quickly:

  • Colored pencils
  • White drawing paper
  • Construction paper
  • Markers
  • Diaries/Journals
  • Board games (board games for children/children and adults)
  • Card games (UNO, etc.)
  • Concentration games (Memory, etc.)
  • Puzzles (under 100 pieces)

Clothing Drive

If you would like to host a clothing drive, the individuals we serve need the following NEW or GENTLY USED items:

  • Socks (NEW)
  • Men’s Briefs (NEW)
  • Women’s Panties (NEW)
  • T-shirts
  • Scarves
  • Gloves
  • Coats
  • Hats
  • Thermal Underwear

We also need sleeping bags, blankets, and backpacks.

Food Drive

If you would like to host a food drive, the individuals we serve need the following items:

  • Non-perishable goods (canned goods, etc.)
  • Pasta products
  • Peanut butter
  • Oatmeal
  • Gift cards to area grocery stores
