Connections provides a wide range of support services to veteran families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. This federally funded program, known as Supportive Services for Veteran Families, is offered by Connections in all three Delaware counties.

Support services include intense case management, access to benefit enrollment, and temporary financial assistance for items such as security deposit, rental assistance, and utility assistance. Services are based upon need and eligibility.
