Connections is the largest provider of housing for persons with incomes below 30% of median and special needs in Delaware, owning and/or operating more than 500 units:
Oxford Houses which offer alcohol and drug free, democratically run, community housing alternatives for people who are recovering from substance use conditions
Community Housing programs for people who are homeless and people with mental health and/or substance use problems who are leaving hospitals and other institutions, including prison
Rental subsidies for people who can live on their own, but whose incomes are below 50% of area median income and who need help to pay the rent and utilities
Transitional housing for adults who have complete detox and are waiting for a residential treatment bed
Short and longer-term transitional housing for people who are homeless
Licensed group homes for adults with mental health conditions who need personal care assistance
Licensed residential treatment for adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health use conditions
