Connections offers outpatient treatment, including psychiatric care, for people dealing with mental health and substance abuse problems.

We are a provider for many health insurance programs including Delaware Medicaid. We also provide services to Delawareans who have no health insurance.

Our Commitment to Quality

Connections is a licensed provider of mental health and substance abuse services by the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. Our staff includes physicians, psychologists, licensed mental health counselors, clinical social workers, registered nurses and certified drug and alcohol counselors. Connections is an affiliate member of the United Way of Delaware. We are also accredited by CARF...the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.

Services are available on a walk-in basis without appointment and include:

  • Assessments for substance use, gambling and mental health problems
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Psychiatric and other mental health treatment, including medication services
  • Family therapy
  • Case management, including help to get social services, financial assistance, transportation, childcare, housing, and employment
  • Primary medical care and education
  • HIV counseling and testing.
