Connections began in 1985 as a single program that supported older adults moving from institutionalization into the community and quickly grew into one of the largest organizations in Delaware providing residential, Assertive Community Treatment, and outpatient services for adults with mental illness.
Today we are a multifaceted nonprofit organization that assists people with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities, as well as those with substance use disorders, homeless veterans and their families, families in crisis, and men and women who are incarcerated.
We owe our longevity and success not only to our partners and dedicated employees, but to the strength of the people we serve and their desire to improve their lives.
We look forward to our future as we continue helping Delawareans in need and expand our services to nearby states.
